Spa Environment

For peace and privacy, cell phones and cameras are not permitted in the Drift Spa. Please silence your phone when placing it in your assigned locker. It is requested that you move quietly and speak in reduced volumes while in the spa facility. You may be asked to leave if your behavior is negatively impacting the experience of others within the spa.

Health Conditions

You are required to complete a Client Profile Form in order to identify any potential contraindications and customize your treatment selections. Information provided will be kept confidential in accordance with our strict privacy policy. Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may be affected by heat therapies, massage or skin care treatments. We require medical release in some instances and advise obtaining your doctor’s consent before receiving massage during pregnancy. We suggest you consult your doctor before receiving any spa treatment.

Spa Attire

Robes, slippers, disposable underwear, towels, toiletries, lockers, showers, hairdryers, refreshments and seasonal snacks are provided free of charge for your convenience. Our therapists are highly training in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy. Please remove all jewelry prior to any treatment. You may prefer to remove hearing aids, eyeglasses or contacts prior to treatments, however, please consult your therapist for assistance to ensure safety. Please shower prior to entering the salt water pool or jacuzzi. Swimsuits are required in the pool-sauna-steam areas. When receiving massage, body treatments or facials, we recommend you remove your makeup prior to the service. Also be aware that our products could compromise spray/self-tanner application.
